How We Can Help

• Late Applications While the standard deadline for EUSS applications was 30 June 2021, late applications may still be accepted where there are reasonable grounds for the delay. We can assess your circumstances and advise on whether a late application may be appropriate, helping you prepare supporting evidence to explain the reasons for any delay.

• Upgrading from Pre-Settled to Settled Status If you hold Pre-Settled Status, you may be eligible to apply for Settled Status once you have completed five years of continuous qualifying residence in the UK. We can advise on the eligibility requirements and assist with your upgrade application.

• Family Permits and Joining Family Members Eligible family members of EU, EEA, or Swiss citizens may be able to apply to join them in the UK under the EUSS family permit provisions. We provide guidance on relationship evidence requirements and the application process.
