To help us investigate and resolve your complaint as quickly as possible, please include:

- What outcome you are seeking
- Any supporting documents or correspondence
Our Complaints Process
We follow a structured process to ensure all complaints are handled fairly and promptly:
- Step 1 — Acknowledgement: We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 3 working days
- Step 2 — Investigation: A senior member of our team will review your complaint thoroughly, examining all relevant files, correspondence, and circumstances
- Step 3 — Response: We aim to provide a detailed written response within 14 working days of receiving your complaint
- Step 4 — Extended Investigation: If the matter is complex and requires additional time, we will notify you and provide an updated timeline
If You Remain Dissatisfied
If you are not satisfied with our response to your complaint, you have the right to escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory body. We will provide full details of the escalation process in our response to your complaint.
